This notice describes the information collected by this Gravity Assist tutoring request website.
What the form collects
An adult contact’s name and email, whether they are a parent or adult student, grade, subject, tutoring goal, availability, and timezone. Requests also record the referring social platform and campaign when those are included in the link. Please do not submit medical records, a date of birth, school account passwords, or payment card details.
How it is used
The Gravity Assist team uses this information to respond to your inquiry, check tutor fit and availability, agree a rate and time, and manage your session. The contact agreement covers this request; it is not a subscription to promotional messages.
Storage and access
Requests and session records are stored in the website’s hosted database. The staff area restricts access to approved team accounts. Tutoring details may be shared with the tutor arranging your session. The website and hosting providers also process technical information required to operate the service.
Payments
Payment takes place on a separate hosted checkout or invoice page supplied by the team. That provider processes your payment information under its own privacy terms. This website stores the session amount, payment status, and a transaction reference entered after the team checks the provider. It does not collect card numbers.
Traffic measurement
The website counts page loads by source and campaign without advertising pixels. Counts are not unique-person counts. These source details also accompany a request so the team can understand where inquiries come from.
Introduction video
The homepage video loads from YouTube only when you choose to play it. YouTube then processes information under its own privacy terms. Our locally hosted thumbnail does not load the YouTube player before you click.
Under 18
A parent or guardian should submit and manage the request for a student under 18. The form is for adults and is not intended to collect contact details directly from children.

Email getstarted@gravityassist.us to ask about a request, correct information, or request removal. The team may need to retain records required for payments or other business obligations.
